Stay

Points to Remember During Your Stay

We change the textiles and towels in your room daily. However, to reduce environmental impact, we can plan the frequency of towel changes according to your preferences, allowing you to use your towels for longer periods.

We provide personal care products, towels, packaged items and consumables without any quantity limit. We kindly ask you to use only what you need to avoid unnecessary waste.

We recommend minimizing the use of products such as sunscreens, insect repellents and aerosol cosmetics. Please carefully read product labels and, if possible, choose vegan, natural, paraben-free, plastic-free and cruelty-free products that do not contain harmful chemicals.

Some of our rooms are equipped with an energy card system to control electricity, while others have an automatic switch system. Please remember to remove the card from the slot and close your windows and balcony doors when leaving the room.

You can help us detect potential issues such as water leaks, energy losses and malfunctions in your room or public areas.

Help us recycle by using the waste separation bins available in your room and throughout the hotel's common areas.

Travels

Points to Remember When Travelling

You can get information about visiting hours, special rules, photography permissions, etc. at historical and touristic sites from your destination or hotel.

Avoid buying illegal products and souvenirs made from endangered wildlife species reported by IUCN or CITES and refrain from participating in activities involving animals.

Please be mindful not to damage protected areas such as forests, beaches, caves and historical sites, ensuring their originality and cleanliness are preserved.

When participating in activities like boat tours, rafting and paragliding, always use the recommended safety gear and attire, and strictly follow the guides' instructions.

Religious sites may have rules regarding shoes, noise levels and dress codes. Learn about these rules before visiting mosques, churches and other worship places. (For example, women should cover their hair and body in mosques, while men should cover their knees. Even if headscarves are not required in some religious sites, it is expected that most of the body is covered. Avoid touching, stepping on, or sitting on sacred items, images and objects.)

In public places like shopping malls, markets, streets and bus stops, be considerate of noise levels and avoid causing disturbances.

Be sensitive to preserving wildlife, vegetation, animals and biodiversity, which are crucial for the balance and continuity of natural life.

Confirm the visiting days and hours of museums and archaeological sites with your hotel and visit www.muze.gov.tr for detailed information about the Museum Pass. As a Museum Pass holder, you can explore the cultural and natural treasures of our country and contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage.
